Daniel Guerra, as a Vice President of Sales for Fortune Christie's International Real Estate has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. During his career, he has been involved in the development and sales of thousands of properties and billions of dollars in real estate throughout South Florida. Daniel has also been involved in projects in The Bahamas, Costa Rica, Spain, and Panama. In addition, Daniel Guerra participated with the American Embassy Commercial attaché office traveling around the world speaking about the US real estate market. Daniel is the 2021 President of the Residential Board of Miami Realtors, a Director for the Florida Realtors Association as well as the Florida Realtors 2025 PAC Trustee and is the 2024 District Vice President for Florida Realtors., Daniel Guerra also serves as a Director for the National Association of Realtors and is the 2025 NAR Global Real Estate Liaison. Daniel Guerra is currently serving on the Commercial Board of Governors for the Miami Association of Realtors. Daniel is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. Daniel has achieved serval designations including Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).

In addition, he was a Florida Realtors Key Contact for Florida Senator Oscar Braynon, Florida Senator Manny Diaz and is currently the Key Contact for Florida Representative Speaker of the House Daniel (Danny) Perez and the National Association of Realtors Federal Political Contact for United States Representative Carlos Gimenez. Daniel's extensive involvement in local and state government has proven beneficial for the Realtor members and our industry as well as real estate consumers. Daniel Guerra was the 2024 Chair of the Environmental Review and Preservation Board for The City of South Miami, 2025 Chair of the Design Review Board for The City of South Miami and 2024 Vice Chair and is still serving on the Planning Board for The City of South Miami.

As Vice President of Sales for Fortune International Realty, Daniel Guerra focuses on acquiring new projects, sales associates as well as developing the marketing strategies for development projects both internationally and nationally. Daniel Guerra is also responsible for leading agents in both Residential and Commercial transactions.
