Meet Daniel Guerra
Daniel Guerra, Vice President of Sales for Fortune International Realty, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate Industry. During his career he has been involved in the development and sales of thousands of properties and billions of dollars in real estate throughout South Florida. Daniel has a deep knowledge of construction, local building code and land use code regulations. He has also been involved in projects in The Bahamas, Costa Rica, Spain, and Panama. In addition, Daniel Guerra participated with the American Embassy Commercial attaché office traveling around the world speaking about the US real estate market. Daniel served on the Residential Board of Governors for the Miami Association of Realtors from 2018-2022. Daniel was the 2021 President for the Residential Board of Miami Realtors as well as a Director for the Florida Realtors Association in 2018. 2024 as well a Director for the National Association of Realtors 2019-2025 and the 2025 Global Liaison for NAR. Daniel Guerra will be serving on the Commercial Board of Governors for the Miami Association of Realtors in 2023-2025.
